Corporate Directory gives 5140, 5240, and 69xx IP Phone users access to the MiVoice Business corporate directory.
Entries added to the Corporate Directory during the day are available to the phones at 03:00 A.M. the following day.
See LDAP Client Configuration for additional 69xx device conditions and interactions.
In the ItemNum field, enter a number (1-9) to identify the Corporate Directory.
In the Label field, enter "Corporate Directory".
In the URL field, copy and paste the following text:
http://% DWS%/ ws/ corpdir/ corpdir.asp? currentPage=list&dn=%DN%&language=%LANG%
NOTE: Do not replace the set variables— % DWS% (Default Web Server), % DN% (Directory Number), and % LANG% (Language)— with values. The system resolves these variables when the user accesses the Corporate Directory from the IP Phone.
Create an LDAP Client profile for 69xx IP Phones to use to populate its Phone Book application with user data from an internal or external LDAP server.
Enter the profile ID from the previous step into the LDAP Client Configuration Profile ID field.
